Use your purchase email
Send the email address you used at checkout, plus a Paddle receipt or order number if you have it. If you do not have the receipt, the purchase email is the best starting point.
For privacy and account protection, we send the same response either way from this public entry point. Support will follow up by email when the account can be matched.
Activation codes are not the ownership record
Your activation code is only a setup shortcut. The durable record is the account and license tied to the original purchase or renewal, so a lost code does not mean a lost license.
Need a renewal instead?
Renewal is for existing customers whose included update year has ended. A $49 update pass adds another year of RigPlane Pro desktop updates without changing the desktop functionality you already bought.
