Trial access is issued to a RigPlane account email so the desktop app, support, and recovery paths all use the same identity.
What registration does
A trial is not a local-only unlock. It creates an account/license record tied to the email you use for RigPlane Pro, which lets support recover access and distinguish trial, purchase, and renewal states.
Registration is required before trial desktop access is issued. If checkout is unavailable during beta, support can still route trial requests from this public page.
After the trial
A RigPlane Pro launch purchase is $79 and includes the current desktop version plus one year of updates. When that update year ends, the desktop functionality you bought keeps working.
If you want another year of desktop updates later, the optional update renewal is $49 and is not a subscription.
