Send diagnostics to RigPlane support.
Before you open a support case, collect the safe summary fields below and keep everything else out of the message. Diagnostic sharing is consent-based: you choose what leaves your machine, and nothing on this page uploads anything — you send the message yourself.
Safe diagnostic data
- App version, build id, platform, architecture, and activation status.
- Support id, readiness summary, audio routing status, and selected decoder mode. Include your support id when the app shows one.
- Redacted configuration summaries that remove tokens and private upstream URLs.
- A short description of the problem and what you already tried.
Do not send
- Activation codes, auth tokens, private signing keys, or passwords.
- Raw machine fingerprints or full local logs that include secrets.
- Private support notes in public GitHub issues.
If a file or screenshot may contain a token, code, or password, leave it out of the message. Remove personal details that are not needed to describe the problem.
How to send it
- Collect the safe fields listed above from the app and your system. Name the menu or screen only as you see it; do not guess.
- Open the account access help page at rigplane.com/account/recovery if the problem is sign-in or access, or write an email to [email protected] for other problems.
- Send the message from your mail app. The account access help page can open an email draft for you; if no draft opens, email [email protected] directly.
