Troubleshoot sign-in and access.

You cannot sign in to RigPlane Pro, or your beta access does not show up after signing in. Start here: check which of the two email steps you actually used, then retry sign-in, then ask for account access help.

The beta updates list is not an account

The email form on the open beta page only adds your email to the beta updates list. It does not sign you in and does not create a RigPlane account — signing in happens on the hosted sign-in page. Whether you already have a RigPlane account does not depend on the mailing list: if you have signed in before, you may already have one, and the sign-in step below is the same either way.

The hosted sign-in page at app.rigplane.app shows the button Continue with Google to sign in or join the beta. After installing the app, sign in with the same RigPlane account that has beta access.

Check the account email

  • Sign in with the same Google account you used when you first signed in. A different Google account is a different RigPlane account.
  • Your account email is the recovery path: support uses it to review beta access, purchases, renewals, and support history.
  • If more than one Google account is signed in on this machine, pick the one you used for RigPlane Pro.

Retry sign-in

  1. Open the sign-in page again. Use the app's first-run sign-in step, or rigplane.com/account and choose Continue with Google.
  2. Complete the Google sign-in in the window that opens. If RigPlane Pro started this flow, the hosted page can return control to the desktop app after sign-in.
  3. Return to the app and check whether your beta access now appears. Sign out of unrelated Google accounts in the browser if the wrong account keeps being offered, then retry.

If sign-in still fails

Use account access help when Google sign-in fails, access does not appear after sign-in, or support asks for account details. Include the Google account email shown in RigPlane Pro. If you have a receipt, order number, account reference, or license reference, include it in the request.

Never send secrets

Never include passwords, activation codes, auth tokens, or private signing keys in a support message. RigPlane support does not need them to look at sign-in or access problems.

Sign-in uses Google at app.rigplane.app; the beta updates email list is separate.
